At Ribbon Decor, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

🕒 Returns Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

In addition, under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if you simply change your mind.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
